1、用進(jìn)口316L制作,換熱內(nèi)管規(guī)格為Φ12×1.0mm。
2、內(nèi)表面電化拋光,粗造度Ra0.2μm~Ra0.4μm,與管板氬弧焊接,焊口進(jìn)行拋光處理。
3、用珍珠棉保溫,外表面用304亞光板或拉絲處理。
4、換熱面積有0.1~30m2
