加熱器主要將過濾器及呼吸器加熱。防止形成冷凝水，使濾芯排氣通暢；防止因?yàn)V芯的堵塞而造成罐內(nèi)排水時(shí)形成真空，從而造成罐體變形、吸癟重大事故；防止濾芯發(fā)霉，符合GMP、FDA生產(chǎn)的規(guī)范要求。
■ 形式：用加熱軟板包裹在圓柱形不銹鋼呼吸器外圍。
■ 結(jié)構(gòu)：由電加熱板及保溫層發(fā)泡硅膠、溫度控制儀兩部分組成。
■ 作用：通過高溫將不銹鋼殼體內(nèi)濾芯加熱烘干，使潮濕狀態(tài)下的濾芯干燥，防止染菌。
